On January 7, 2027, this workshop will help leaders of the Ohio Fair Managers Association seeking to elevate their safety standards and emergency response capabilities through pre-incident practice. This workshop will review the different types of exercises and link the type of exercise with the objectives of your team training. Learn how to align exercise types with training objectives using the “Crawl, Walk, Run” approach and integrate them into your safety program.
Then, Rick heads to the North Carolina Association of Agricultural Fairs Convention for a January 9th workshop titled Emergency Planning Simplified: Leading with Confidence.
